Germs in Public Bathrooms – How to deal with them?

Bathrooms, especially public bathrooms, are sources of germs which can be harmful to our health. Public bathrooms are more likely to contain more germs than private bathrooms, since they are used by a lot of people.

Most people don’t realize that we pick up more germs in public bathrooms from handles. Faucet handles and door handle are places with the most germs in public bathrooms. A lot of people touch the handles with their hands, leaving some germs there and taking some of the germs with them. To get away from the germs, after you wash your hands, you can touch the handles with tissue paper. The point here is that you should not touch public bathrooms’ handles with bare hands. If you manage to do this, you will get away from the bathrooms practically almost germs free.

Another trick to avoid the germs is to push the button of air hand dryer with your elbow, if there is any. Public bathrooms in malls and offices are usually equipped with air hand dryer. Some of the dryers require a button to be pushed to be activated. The push button, is most likely has never been washed since the dryers are installed.
